“I am a scholar of 19th- and 20th-century European philosophy. My research interests lie within the philosophy of existence, ethics, and political philosophy, and I  work on thinkers such as GWF Hegel, Søren Kierkegaard, Simone de Beauvoir, and Hannah Arendt. I am also interested in feminist philosophy and aesthetics.
I am currently a Teaching Associate Professor at the Søren Kierkegaard Research Centre at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark. Before that I held a postdoc position in the Department of Philosophy at University of Southampton in the UK, and I earned a PhD in Philosophy from the New School of Social Research in New York City.
